Clean Label Product

A Clean Label improver with a 0.5% dosage, intended for wheat rolls. It gives the dough stability and adds volume to the rolls, and guarantees a lasting mark on Kaiser rolls. Can be used in artisanal bakeries, as well as on roll production lines.

Ingredients

wheat flour, enzymes: amylase, xylanase, lipase; flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid.
