Low-sugar Cookies

Cookie mix with low sugar content – only 2.8 g of sugars per 100 g of baked cookies. The mild sweetness results from the use of xylitol (birch sugar). The mix can be universally used to produce cookies with an appealing look and various shapes. High fibre content. Awarded at Diabetica Expo 2013.
